Advertising rules that apply to you
Regulated health service. Under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (s133), advertising a regulated health service must not use testimonials or patient reviews, must not claim or imply superiority such as "best" or "leading", and must not promise outcomes. Nothing in this report asks you to collect, request or publish patient testimonials. Have any new public wording checked against the AHPRA advertising guidelines before it goes live.
Do not publish or advertise any figure from this report. The rank, share of voice, competitor comparisons and the benchmark question wording are internal diagnostics for your own use, produced from one run of AI models. Republishing them — on your website, in social posts, in print or in a pitch — would be a comparative or superiority claim about a regulated service, which is exactly what the rules above prohibit. Use the report to decide what factual information to correct, not as marketing material.
The Dentist@Pitt Street and two other names took 11.5% of every AI recommendation in this market.
We asked 60 real customer questions on 4 AI engines and recorded every business named. This is a measurement of what the engines said — nothing more.
290
Different businesses were named at all across 180 answers.
11.5%
Share of all recommendations that went to just the top three names.
No recommendation given
23%
In 42 of 180 answers the engine named no business at all. Those answers are excluded from every ranking on this report — a refusal is not a competitor. A high figure here is an opening: the market is not settled yet.

Who is the best dentist in Sydney?
This is the benchmarked question, shown in full so you can see the shape of the raw data: the names in the order each engine gave them, the sentence it used and the pages it read. Naming is what is recorded here — the engine returned the business in its answer; no endorsement is claimed. Every one of the 60 questions and all 240 answers are in the CSV export — the report itself is not a transcript.

The other 59 questions
In your own report, all 60 questions and 240 answers are delivered in the raw data CSV, with every quote and link. All answers come from that CSV, unedited.
Method & honesty note
Each question is asked independently of the others, with no personalisation, no logged-in history and no location spoofing beyond the stated region. Answers vary between runs — that is why we ask 60 phrasings rather than one, and report averages rather than a single screenshot. Every number here is this run only. Where an engine named no businesses at all, that question is left out of the averages and marked as such in the raw data export. This report measures what the engines said; it does not give marketing advice.

What this report is — and what it is not
This report records what AI answer engines said in response to buyer-style questions at the time of this run. It is an observation of model output, not a ranking, rating, endorsement or judgement by us. Where a business is named — yours or anyone else's — that is a fact about what the engine returned, not a statement by us that the business is better, worse, more reputable or more qualified than any other.
AI answers are probabilistic and will contain errors. Engines can invent businesses, attach the wrong address, suburb, ownership or credentials, cite pages that do not support what they say, confuse similarly named businesses, or answer about the wrong region. We flag and filter what we detect, but detection is imperfect. Scores and recommendations are our own interpretation of the recorded data — estimates, not measurements.
This is a single one-off pull, not monitoring. The questions were asked once, at the run time shown on this report, and the answers were recorded as returned. Ask the same questions tomorrow and the engines may name different businesses, in a different order, citing different pages. Before releasing a report we re-check that cited links resolve, merge duplicate spellings of the same business, and remove out-of-region and non-business results — but no verification can catch every hallucination or inaccuracy an AI produces, including ones an AI cannot detect in its own output. Treat every figure here as an observation to verify, not a fact to rely on, and take your own professional advice before acting on it. To the extent permitted by law, Sdraa Pty Ltd (Grascada) accepts no liability for any decision, spend or loss arising from reliance on this report.
Every question, every answer from every engine, every quote and every cited link is delivered in the raw data CSV — everything reported here is drawn from that same export, unedited, so you can check any number against it.
Language here is deliberately neutral and descriptive. Sentiment reflects the tone of the engine's own wording, not our opinion of the business described. Quotes are reproduced as recorded and every quote, source link and score input is included in the raw data export so it can be checked in context. A business not appearing in this report simply was not named in these answers, at this time, in this region — it is not evidence of anything about that business.
Please do not use this report, or extracts from it, to make comparative, disparaging or misleading claims about another business. If you are named here and believe an output is inaccurate or unfair, email support@grascada.com and we will review the recorded data and correct or annotate the report where appropriate. Full detail is in our Terms & Conditions.
