Named businesses: corrections and removal

Our industry reports record the business names AI engines actually returned on a stated date. Names are used to identify a business, never to rank, rate or judge one. This page explains what we publish, what we refuse to publish, and how to ask us to correct or remove a name.

Last updated: 14 August 2026

1. Why a business name appears

Sdraa Pty Ltd (ABN 21 651 207 028), trading as Grascada, asks a fixed set of buyer-style questions to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity, and records every business name each engine returned, in the order it returned them. A name appears because an engine named it in a public answer on the measurement date shown on the report or image — nothing more.

Names are used for identification only. Being named is not an endorsement by us, and not being named is not a criticism by us. We publish counts of how often each name was returned, and we publish the method so anyone can check what those counts mean. Read the full method.

2. No affiliation, no endorsement

Grascada is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by OpenAI, Google, Anthropic or Perplexity, and is not affiliated with any business named in a report. Engine and product names are used descriptively to say which system was queried. No named business has paid for, reviewed, or approved its inclusion or its position.

3. What we never publish

  • Another business's logo, wordmark or brand styling. Plain text names only.
  • Names of individual practitioners or employees. We publish business and trading names.
  • "Worst", "invisible" or "losers" lists. We never publish a public list of businesses framed by absence or by failure.
  • Quality, safety, pricing or outcome claims about a named business. We report only whether an engine named it, and how often.
  • Anything presented as an official ranking. Model answers are probabilistic; no official AI ranking exists.

4. Request a correction

If a name is misspelled, two different businesses were treated as one, one business was split into two names, or the location or trading name is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. Corrections are applied to the recorded answers, so the counts are recalculated rather than edited by hand, and the correction carries into every future run.

Email hello@grascada.com with the business name, the report link, and what is wrong. We reply within five business days.

5. Request removal

An authorised representative of a business can ask us to exclude that business's name from future public industry reports and from images we publish. Send the request from an email address at the business's own domain, or include enough detail for us to confirm you can act for it.

What we do: we suppress the name from public industry report pages and from any new image we produce, and we add it to a permanent exclusion list so it does not return in a later run. We acknowledge within two business days and complete the change within ten.

What we cannot do: we cannot recall images already downloaded or shared by other people, we cannot change what an AI engine says about a business, and we cannot remove a name from a paid report already delivered to the customer who commissioned it. We also keep the underlying recorded answers, because they are the evidence behind figures already published.

Email hello@grascada.com with the subject line kept as it is, the business name, and the page or image where it appears.

6. If you share our images

Our shareable images carry the measurement date, the method link and this policy for a reason. Share them whole, with attribution to grascada.com. Do not crop out the date or the disclaimers, do not re-caption them as a "best of" or "top" list, and do not present them as a quality judgement about any named business.
