Terms & Conditions
These terms form the agreement between you and Sdraa Pty Ltd (ABN 21 651 207 028), trading as Grascada. Please read them before buying a report.
Last updated: 14 August 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
The Grascada service is provided by Sdraa Pty Ltd (ABN 21 651 207 028), an Australian company trading as Grascada ("we", "us", "our"). When you buy or use a Grascada report, you are contracting with Sdraa Pty Ltd. You can reach us at support@grascada.com.
2. Acceptance
By accessing the site, running a scan, or purchasing a report, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using Grascada on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter a contract.
3. What the service is
Grascada queries large language model search and answer engines (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude) with buyer-style questions relevant to your industry and region, records the responses, and reports whether and where your business is named, alongside the sources those answers cite. Each report is a one-off purchase.
4. Accuracy and the nature of AI outputs
AI answers are probabilistic. The same question asked twice can produce different names, orders and citations. Our reports describe observed model outputs at the time of the run and the variance we saw across runs — they are not a guaranteed, stable or official "ranking", and no such ranking exists.
The service is AI-led and will contain errors. Answer engines are known to hallucinate: they can invent businesses, attribute the wrong address, suburb, ownership, pricing, credentials or reviews, cite pages that do not support what they say, mix up similarly named businesses, or answer about the wrong country or region. Where we detect this we flag or filter it, but detection is imperfect and we do not warrant that every erroneous output has been caught. Nothing in a report is a statement by us that any fact asserted by a model is true.
Scores, benchmarks, share-of-voice figures and "fix list" recommendations are our own interpretation of the recorded data using a documented but subjective methodology. They are estimates, not measurements, and the methodology may change between runs as models and providers change.
The CSV/raw export supplied with a paid report is the authoritative record of what we observed: the prompts we sent, the responses returned, the engines used, timestamps and the citations captured. Where the summary, charts or commentary in a report appear to conflict with that raw export, the raw export prevails.
Reports are provided for general business information only. They are not marketing, legal, financial or professional advice, and they are not a prediction of revenue, enquiries or search performance. You are responsible for verifying the information and for any decisions you make based on it, including any spend with third parties such as SEO or marketing agencies. We do not guarantee any improvement in visibility, ranking, traffic, enquiries or revenue, and we have no control over the third-party models, platforms or directories a report refers to.
5. Your inputs and third-party content
You must have the right to submit the business name and website address you enter, and you must not submit inputs that infringe another party's rights or that are unlawful. Reports may quote or link to publicly available third-party pages and model outputs; you are responsible for how you use, publish or reproduce that material.
If you believe a report contains material that infringes your rights, contact support@grascada.com and we will review and, where appropriate, remove or amend it. We may refuse, filter or remove content and may suspend accounts for repeated or serious infringement.
6. Neutral reporting, other businesses and no disparagement
Reports necessarily mention businesses other than yours, because answer engines name competitors in response to buyer-style questions. We record and report those mentions as observations only. We do not rank, rate, grade, endorse, criticise or make any claim about the quality, honesty, competence, conduct or standing of any business named in a report, and nothing in a report should be read as such a claim.
- We report what a model said, when it said it, and what it cited. That a model named a business is a fact about the model's output — not a statement by us that the business is better, worse, more reputable or more qualified than any other.
- Language in our reports is deliberately neutral and descriptive. Sentiment indicators reflect the tone of the model's own wording, not our opinion of the business described.
- Quotes are reproduced as recorded, without editing to alter meaning, and are attributed to the engine and run that produced them. Every quote, source link and score input is included in the raw export so it can be independently checked in context.
- We do not intend to disparage, defame, injure the reputation of, or make misleading comparative claims about any business, and we do not publish reports to the public — a report is delivered to the person who requested it, and any sharing beyond that is their choice and responsibility.
- Absence of a business from a report means only that it was not named in the recorded answers to the prompts we ran, at that time, in that region. It is not evidence of anything about that business.
If you are named in a report and believe an output is inaccurate or unfair, contact support@grascada.com and we will review the recorded data, correct or annotate the report where appropriate, and tell you what was recorded about you.
You must not use a report — or any extract, chart, quote or figure from it — to make disparaging, comparative advertising, misleading or deceptive claims about another business, or to imply that we endorse any such claim. Publishing report content out of context, or as a "ranking" or quality judgement, is a breach of these terms and is done entirely at your own risk and liability.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to commit fraud or send spam;
- infringe intellectual property rights, or scrape, resell or redistribute reports or underlying data without our written permission;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including probing, load testing, circumventing usage limits, or introducing malware;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source of the service;
- run scans designed to harass, defame or misrepresent another business, or submit details of a business you have no legitimate interest in.
8. Intellectual property
We retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in the service, including the software, prompt methodology, scoring, report templates, documentation and branding. On payment you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the report you purchased for your own internal business purposes.
9. Service level
We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Scans depend on third-party AI providers whose availability, models and behaviour can change or fail without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Payments and refunds
Reports are sold by Sdraa Pty Ltd (ABN 21 651 207 028), trading as Grascada, as the seller of record. Card payments are processed on our behalf by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
A report is a single one-off purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Prices are shown at checkout in Australian dollars and include any GST or other tax we are required to collect, which is shown separately on your receipt. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank sets the conversion rate. Refunds are set out in our Refund Policy and are returned to the original payment method.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access where there is a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. If we terminate your access, reports you have already paid for remain available to you unless the termination relates to fraud or unlawful use.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss, including loss of profits, revenue, enquiries, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are also not liable for:
- errors, omissions, hallucinations, bias, geographic confusion or defamatory statements produced by third-party AI models, or content on third-party pages those models cite;
- any action you or a third party take, or decide not to take, in reliance on a report, including spend with agencies, consultants, platforms or advertising;
- outcomes that do not eventuate, including a failure of your visibility, ranking, traffic, enquiries or revenue to change after you follow a recommendation;
- changes, outages, rate limits, policy changes or discontinuation by AI providers, directories, review platforms or search engines;
- your publication, sharing, extraction or reuse of report content, including any claim brought by a business named in a report as a result of what you did with it;
- loss or corruption of data you did not retain a copy of, or inaccuracies caused by inputs you supplied.
13. Indemnity
You indemnify and hold harmless Sdraa Pty Ltd, its directors, officers, employees and contractors against all claims, demands, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, fines and reasonable costs (including legal costs) arising out of or in connection with:
- your use or misuse of the service, or any breach of these terms;
- the inputs you submit, including business names, website addresses, locations and any representation that you are entitled to submit them;
- your publication, republication, sharing, quoting, summarising or reuse of any part of a report, in any medium, including internal decks, sales material, social posts, advertising or media commentary;
- any claim that your use of report content is defamatory, disparaging, misleading, deceptive, in breach of the Australian Consumer Law or comparable law, or infringes the rights of a business or person named in a report;
- your use of a report to solicit, pressure or make claims to another business, or to imply endorsement, certification or ranking by us;
- claims by your own clients, customers or employers where you resold, on-supplied or white-labelled a report or its findings.
This indemnity survives termination. We may, at your cost, participate in the defence of any claim covered by it, and you must not settle a claim in a way that admits liability on our behalf without our written consent.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state. We will try to resolve any dispute informally first — email support@grascada.com before starting proceedings.
16. General
You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.
